Simple, transparent pricing
On a mission to be London's Best Physiotherapy Clinic.

At Kinesis, we are committed to providing exceptional care and value. Our pricing reflects the level of expertise, equipment and personalised service you'll receive from our team.
Above is an overview of our standard fees for private clients. All sessions are conducted one-to-one at our Kensington clinic. No membership required — book as needed.

We're registered with, and work directly alongside, leading insurers including Healix, WPA and AXA, and we handle all the admin and billing for you.
If your provider is one of the insurance companies listed below, we have a cash plan arrangement and we're happy to provide the documentation, referral letter and invoices you need to claim back.
Home visits are available anywhere in West Central London for those unable to travel to us. Pricing depends on travel distance and is confirmed at the time of booking — get in touch for a personalised quote.
Frequently asked questions
What to expect at your first appointment
Your first appointment will last at least an hour, giving us time to understand your pain, your goals and your lifestyle. We'll carry out a detailed assessment — a discussion of your history and a thorough examination to identify the root cause. You'll receive a clear explanation of what's happening, a tailored treatment plan, and hands-on therapy during the session to relieve your symptoms, plus exercises and guidance to support your recovery between appointments.
How can I book an appointment?
You can book by contacting us directly via hello@kinesislondon.com or +44 020 4569 659. If we're unable to answer your call, it simply means we're with a client — we'll return your call as soon as possible. When emailing, please include a brief note about your condition, along with the days and times that work best for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a range of convenient payment options, including online payments, contactless tap-to-pay and cash. We accept all major card providers, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, so you can pay in whichever way suits you best.

Can I use my insurance?
While we can't bill insurance providers directly, you can pay for your sessions yourself and then claim the cost back from your provider. We'll give you all the receipts and documentation you need to make the process as easy as possible.
What should I wear?
Your comfort is our priority, so feel free to wear whatever you're most at ease in. Activewear can be helpful as it allows better access to the area we're treating, but it's not essential — we'll always adapt to your preferences.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. This helps us manage our schedule and offer the time to others who may be waiting.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on your specific condition. After a thorough assessment during your first appointment, your physiotherapist will explain what's recommended and give you a clear idea of the treatment plan.
