Hip pain

Stage 1: Heal

Our first priority is to reduce pain and restore your normal movement. We'll perform a detailed assessment to identify what's driving your hip pain — whether it's a muscular imbalance, joint restriction, or post-surgical recovery. You'll receive a personalised treatment plan including manual therapy, targeted strengthening, and education on load management to promote safe, sustainable healing.

Stage 2: Prevent recurrence

Once your pain is under control, we'll focus on preventing flare-ups and restoring optimal hip function. Many cases of hip pain are related to movement dysfunction, poor biomechanics, or compensation patterns, where nearby joints — like your lower back or knees — take extra load.

Through advanced movement screening and tailored exercises, we'll help correct these patterns, improve strength and stability, and prevent the pain from returning.

Stage 3: Enhance performance

Whether your goal is to return to sport, run pain-free, or simply move with confidence again, we'll help you reach your potential. We'll optimise your hip strength, mobility, and control through progressive exercises, so you can move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best.
